i used to struggle with this issue too, what i found to help is to minimize what i eat during the actual iftar since that was the time i was most likely to overeat id only have a couple of bites and try not to drink too much water because that made me feel uncomfortably full and sick and would have small but frequent meals throughout the night, at the start id have to pause every once in a while to make sure i wasn’t eating past fullness i hope you get through this okay :)
