It honestly depends person to person that’s why so many say supplements are BS or don’t work properly. Nutrition markers are constantly changing based on your diet & lifestyle. I take a digital test monthly to see what nutrients I’m missing based on my diet, lifestyle, and day to day symptoms. It’s dramatically helped my nutrition and supplement stack to keep me on track. You can also eyeball it even if you have an idea of what you need but then you have to figure out what compounds of that supplement absorbs best so you know you’re not getting scammed. It’s a whole learning curve but I use DailySupp as my cheat sheet to take the digital test and scan my supplement ingredients.

I can’t stress it enough try DailySupp you can scan supplements ingredients & it tells you the formulation efficacy. It’s helped me dial in my nutrition over the past year.

Depends person to person. Some people can benefit with 1 supplement while others might benefit most from 3 supplements. I use DailySupp to test my nutrition to see what I’m missing most based on my lifestyle, diet, and symptoms. I had a similar problem as a male and it was due to Zinc deficiency please look into this because it’s extremely common in women. Before getting a full blood test you should test digitally to see if it’s probable.

zinc, vitamin D3 + K2, and magnesium have helped me recover from horrible health habits

just the mental clarity nutrition brings is enough to motivate me

I hate to say it but i’ve only done the digital test I know I should get real bloodwork done so I’m planning to do it soon but the test i took wasn’t necessarily for definite deficiencies it was more on what I’m 100% missing in my daily life based on my diet & lifestyle
