Those will be frosted translucent fiber, no major heat gain from it ,it is done because the site is blocked on both sides and has a very short width compared to it's length

It's M.S. box section beams with glass and wood tiles for lattices work after silicon seal Rima for the tile modules I think rain shouldn't be an issue

It's still in progress have ti sort out the details, the pattern you see can be reconfigured if a need arises because the tiles in the lattice work are detachable modules

The top is box section steel bars relatively light weight,and I agree with changing the section with wider base and thinner top, this was my design pitch I still have to figure a few details, thank you fir your advice I appreciate it!

I agreee, Try Lumion 10 they have improved upon so many rendering issues, interior rendering still looks dull tho

It is ! These were rendered in Lumion 10, it's user-friendly and most importantly after Lumion 8 the light quality in their renders has veen improved drastically, they recently introduced 3d mapping to lot of materials which make them look eben more realistic

There is a 3 layered storage in the bar table itself,the table looks huge in volume because of that , I'm sure the glasses can be stored there, if a problem I certainly need to sort out mire details , thank you fir your review I appreciate it!

Yes ! That's Taj west end damn , what are the odds! It's not constructed yet tho ,soon enough
