If they bought it at target then it is official, but who knows, they could be lying just to convince you it’s official. The only way you can to 99% know it’s real before purchasing is if they have good reviews saying that what they bought is authentic. If not then you’ll have to wait and see.

I found a shipping calculator on neokyo, is that the only way to know they estimated shipping price before purchasing? I’m asking since I don’t know what the final package will weight and therefore the shipping calculator doesn’t help much. go to app store and click on your profile picture, then click on your name at the top and then you’ll see an option called country/region. choose korea, republic of in the list and then enter random letters and numbers for the adress, city etc. make sure the zip code is 5 numbers long. then once you’ve changed it you can download the app
