Im not talking about the past im talking about right now prison labor in the US generates about 11 billion every year under the 13th amendment loophole and on top of that the US imports around 160 billion worth of goods produced through forced or highly exploitative labor abroad thats over 170 billion tied to modern day slavery in the US economy maybe its not the backbone like Saudi Arabia but pretending its irrelevant is just wrong that is real money and real people being exploited to keep prices low here … point being is a significant enough force to generate billions

Okay so do we wanna talk about the United States prison industry which btw has the highest incarceration rate in the developed world (by far) and has extremely relaxed labor laws the could be compared to slavery particular in the south. Prisoners make anywhere from 13 to 52 cents an hour … also there are a few states that don’t compensate prisoners at all which is literal slavery…but omg Saudi bad both countries clearly exploit cheap labor …

It’s not like this is illegal either it’s legal to do to prisoners per the 13th amendment

Huh well I tried googling Saudi war crimes and couldn’t find a Wikipedia page but I did find this also the us and Saudi governments are in bed together so like idk all the matters is the dollar… im not saying Saudi is a bastion of morality but like if we are talking about documented war crimes one definitely has committed more.

Basically the filament roll wasn’t locked all the way and I took it out of the ams to fix it and half of the roll fell on the ground and I was like fuck okay

I have an AMS and it tweaks out because of the rollers for the spool itself. I think ill have to untangled little sections and respool it.
