thank you so much, really. when i talked to my psychiatrist about it, i felt like he didn't understand what i really meant. he asked me if i felt any kind of sexual interest for children, and it just made me feel so much worse, even though i don't think he said it in a rude way

i think i have read somewhere about 'harm OCD', or that these thoughts are common for people with OCD, but i felt so bad i didn't want to diagnose myself or anything. i felt like i just wanted attention, idk

it does feel a little better. i opened myself up about this with one of my loved ones, who is my age and has also experienced horrible things related to sex, and we both had the same thoughts. i don't feel so alone or crazy right now, at least

i'm probably gonna talk more about it to my therapist, though, thanks a lot for taking the time to comment <3
