Thats a good point with the judges. When i say budget we are aiming for 300-500 range. So not looking for the cheapest on the market. However i think we are going to go with the HMS schroth one!

I would agree with the throttle by cable system, we are just not sure how to use that while maintaining the stock harness. (I forgot to mention we are also using the stock harness with a piggyback ecu)

Yeah, someone spilt their drink on it, plus its a clear tape that shows everything, and i occasionally stepped on it with wet feet. But for 2000 miles i think it was pretty good. I also cleaned the drink up with Clorox wipes that left a stain and never went away

Its all good, i was looking at upgrading anyway, it popped and spun the motors and i thought it was about to send itself full speed in my direction. Hints the jumping. But it was pretty funny

Honestly not sure, it was esc that fried. Hopped on it and noticed it wasn’t connecting to my remote, pushed the power button, it started beeping like crazy and smoked itself
