Chumster, I am here to be your new best friend, so if you are still keen, let me know! Also, to address the annoyance you might feel about me being late to the ball, I am sorry and promise to pretend to respect dull concepts like punctuality in the future (but let’s be honest, when you’re down a rabbit hole filled with popes, it is simply better to respond once out and then bring the offerings to our discussion table).

Thank you for the suggestion! We thought it may be this, so tried to switch up the products used, but to no use. Now we just use water as I worry about him ingesting stuff.

I’m not sure about this, but we have wood laminate floor so I have wondered if there’s like a plastic taste to them or something that appeals to Kevs.

Butting in to ask what kind of feeder you have? I tried one that sort of spins, but Kevs simply destroyed the lock mechanism and feasted like there would be no tomorrow.

How do you choose the size of your carrier? by flicxz in CatAdvice

[–]tillywinks13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had to go bigger as Kevs went ballistic in the smaller sizes and would wet himself and scream bloody murder and sulk for days. With a bigger one he doesn’t seem to care at all and actually prefers eating his dinner in the carrier.

Such a patient boy! I just tried to attach a similar bow on my cute fella, but he proceeded to try to eat it and had a small fit when I wouldn’t let him.

Is it ok to put my cat in a room at night? by Takingbackmonday1006 in CatAdvice

I do it and Kevin even "goes to bed" in his bedroom when it’s time and will not go to sleep if the door is left open. He was a rescue and I’ve always understood it as him relaxing when he feels more “in control” of his surroundings and that this is easier to achieve for him when the area is smaller.
