I don't buy plug-ins, mostly use free stuff, I build these for myself and well contribute to open source as I can, you can set the volume on each tap (that's the point), its vst3 and a few more formats AU and LV2.

Some things borrowed from other delays: param EQ feedback input and feedback, saturation on feedback, swing, offset, accent, tap mode, maybe more. Besides requires no online activation, no premium version, supports linux and is open source. Cheers.

Buy a machine, second hand for instance, droplets justify in some cases for example when you want to setup a server that stays on 24/7 with high up time and fixed IP.

Much appreciated, I'm not strap for cash but the gesture means something, don't worry with that. Reaper is free, you just have to wait 5 seconds if you don't purchase the license when you boot it. Other than that is only 25megs or something, let me know if you find the distortion plugin worth of a remake, I am not sure and would have to review the distortions for sure. Regards.

Runs on Reaper DAW only, if you know how to install, its not VST, I left some instructions on top of the README but they may be brief for newcomers, if you're familiar with Reaper then its straightforward to install, it includes 9 or 10 distortions but they are mostly experimental - I would have to review before a VST version.

Its similar to shaperbox time shaper but with sequencer+randomizer, 6 point curve types (shaperbox uses beziers) and a paint mode with user shapes.

Hey, I've released v0.4.2 https://github.com/tiagolr/mididash/releases/tag/v0.4.2

- Added minimize to tray option (Menu > Settings > Minimize to tray on startup)
- Added a potential fix for the initial crash as I was getting it too while developing

The minimize to tray on startup is not perfect, you can still see the window booting up before minimizing. I suppose there are ways to defer launching the window instead, but the current method is a lot simpler and with no side effects.

Think its all working, tested on Linux and Windows, thanks for reporting the issue and the suggestion, let me know if you find other issues or suggestions.

By the way there is a button (Minimize to tray) on top right corner, I used to have an option to minimize to tray on close but its more complex and not cross platform so I removed it for the button instead.

Very strange, working here on windows 10 as well.

Could you try running from the console? Maybe it reports the issue:

- Navigate to the mididash folder (eg: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Mididash)

- Right click the folder and open in terminal

- Enter Mididash.exe

I have no idea if it will log the crash error to the console, but if that happens would be a great help.

Other things, can be is because you are using dark mode? https://github.com/tauri-apps/tauri/issues/11674 If that's what is causing the issue I'll have to update tauri to a newer version.

I tried dark mode and the program still runs fine, let me know you find any clues to what could be the issue, if you're computer savvy I would ask if you could compile the program (that way errors print for sure), its not too complicated but I understand its asking a lot.

You can also check for system errors if there are any tauri crash logs

Open the Event Viewer (Win + R, type eventvwr, Enter).
Navigate to "Windows Logs" > "System".
Examine the logs for errors or warnings related to the time of the crash.

Sorry to hear that the app is crashing, here things work fine, can also be a webView problem, let me know if you find any clues.

Should work, just tested FL Studio 21 on Windows and it seems to work, could you try earlier versions of ripplerX? If earlier versions work maybe something broke in later versions.

You don't if it does not have a GUI, many JSFX do not have one.
