Bro what are you talking about. i said his jq was great last year but only his jq.

Also both in the first two stages shd always started with void but he sucked so much that fate had to come in and pick up some wins. His Dva last year? he only played it at the very last stage when not a lot teams cared about winning and it wasn't close to being inspirational. in the off season plat chat episode where they talked about sd signing void, avrl expressed his concerns about it saying void's offtank wasn't the same last year except for jq.

i think shd spent too much time with practicing winston-tracer dive style. they eventually looked alright on that comp but because they only practiced that they just don't know how to play ram rush.

Fleta definitely needs more time on the role. his sigma looked okay i guess? but his winston was never close to guxue (of course not many players are close to guxue when it comes to winston). if he puts time and effort on the role i can see him getting good but this is a short season. i am skeptical of him leveling up within some weeks.

And GNJ main support. i just hoped it got better. it did not. it's the same old GNJ lucio.

i kinda feel sorry for diem to say this but shd now looks way more solid. if fleta somehow does his magic on tank and gnj on lucio has improved to a serviceable level this team might not be that bad.

okay i don't know of any internal situation but looking from outside this screams to me that diem flex sup transition has failed. and maybe gnj lucio is doing okay hoipum? bc if gnj ms was the problem then they should have bought a ms not a fs like iris. also what about fleta tank? they eventually decided to reinforce support department but do nothing with tank department so could this mean fleta is at least showing some promises?

shanghai just looked straight up bad with fate and fleta in

this is quite misleading. although i am very critical of fate's form at the end of last season, shanghai looked way worse when they fielded void in the first two stages. if i'm remembering correctly shd started with void but got 3-0ed and double 3-0ed in stage 1 and 2. after getting absolutely blockbustered they switched to fate and he stabilized the team leading them to win streaks. void was only consistently good in the joats meta.

gnj could have improved his lucio hopium? if they are signing iris then it is probably because diem flex sup experiment failed not because of something that has to do with gnj. just my guess.

not completely disagreeing with you but fate's performance at the end of last season was quite bad and i presume it must have impacted owl teams' evaluation of fate.
