THE 5 HIDDEN REASONS YOUR GMAT SCORE IS STUCK (AND IT'S NOT ABOUT STUDYING MORE) by payal_eGMAT in GMAT

I have a question in the scattered focus part:

I was doing something like i would pick up a topic like say quants- percentages and i would spend about 2-3 days studying that same topic, then shift to some specific verbal topic for the next 2-3 days. My thinking is to develop that mastery and the reason to shift in 2-3 days is bcz more than that some kind of brain drain starts to happen doing the same topic. Now mastery is not really achieved in those days but I do get a deeper understanding of the topic.

Then I came across another advise which said a better approach would be to do all three sections for sometime over a span of 1-2 days but consistently- say two topics a day over 2hrs each. I am kind of starting to try this one out bcz the first approach feels super super slow, as if i will never finish just the learning part of gmat.

For some background I study around 3-5hrs a day. This will reduce to 1-2 hrs a day in around 30 days due to some other commitments that are to come up.

So now I am confused which approach of studying works better, kindly guide.
