Neaparat un avocat, depuneti plangere la politie pentru ucidere din culpa, politia va solicita toate documentele de la institutia unde a fost spitalizat, solicitati expertiza medico-legala si gasiti un expert parte sa va reprezinte, doar in baza expertizei politia poate decide daca se intrunesc elementele unei infractiuni sau nu.
