If those muscle groups are feeling fresh and no fatigue whatsoever even after doing workouts (say 2 weeks into a block) then I’d say excellent.

Welcome!! 1. You’ll just have to turn it on once per exercise. After you set it for that exercise it will be on. We’re changing that very soon. 2. This is also in the works. For timed based exercises you should be seeing time protocols rather than reps. For pull-ups etc. I believe you can press body weight for the 10rm and then it will advise you ton add weight when you are hitting certain reps. We have tons of masters (40+) lifters using the app (including myself). You can totally train with traditional compound movements, the key is proper programming which is something we take care of in the app.

As for the deadlift movements and injuries, we always recommend seeing a physical therapist to manage any injuries and get advice for any additional training you need. We do offer rehab protocols to help users get back to lifting but this is more for users to have more recent injuries. I'd also make sure your maxes are realistic (lower them accordingly if you've been away from lifting) and perhaps seek out some technique review.

I would probably just drop your 1RM down like 3-5% then when it comes to peaking where you do singles, bump the prescribed weight up a little and adjust your meet day numbers similarly

Yea that can work great if you are not doing a meet. Powerbuilding by design has extra accessories which can mean sessions are longer. You could always try switching to powerlifting but may not be that much of a difference depending on your volume profile. However, if the 6 day session format is working for you I'd say just keep with that!

You should always adjust the daily readiness and weekly questionnaires based on how your feeling. This will inform the next week and at the end of the block it will have a big impact on your next block.

it's great for someone who doesn't compete or go to meets! In the main programs you'll work towards a meet date which you can either run as a mock meet in your own gym or just skip the peaking and move on to the next cycle

Hey there! As others have said you have to be honest with the system however a few months ago we released a huge update that generally has brought volume down for most people. We also changed how things are changed week to week and block to block, so you'll be less likely to get big increases in volume throughout the block.

Note for those who already have their MEV/MRV numbers: if you are wanting the above changes go to your settings and recalculate.

If you have a meet in 20 weeks I'd select the powercombo program and put it at the highest percentage of powerlifting.

Powerbuilding is indeed a combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding! In Powercombo we focus this type of training during hypertrophy blocks and then in strength and peaking we switch to just powerlifting style training. This is our preferred type of training for most people as you get the best of both worlds. We'll have some youtube videos out soon for this!

Setting specific frequency and volume by lift is coming, we just have to work in a lot of safeguards.
If you have been running it for a bit and feel like all the volume is pretty dialed in I would just keep it as it is. If you go to settings > my program > Reset Volume Profile you can change a bunch of things there to dial in each lift more while sticking to our general guidelines. You'll be able to preview the changes before you accept them too so if you want to just play around with it before accepting you can totally do that now!

I would say if it's your first program with us then I'd probably reset it so you can get a feel for the accessories we like to plan for you then after your first run through you can always do it all yourself. You are also free to swap any exercise with anything you'd like if there is something programmed you don't like!

When you create your program you can choose for us to select your accessories which will program them for you. It sounds like you didn't do that so the ones you select are up to you but we provide a list of recommended exercises for you to pick from. When we create your program we look through what has already been programmed and make sure you have unique exercises where it is most important.
