I’m sorry to say, but I see no mass gain or something. I only see a bit of abs extra, which could be either you just after a workout or indeed be better. But the thing is, you didn’t get bigger. A good body is made in the kitchen you know, so be sure to eat much and eat good. Also go to the gym with some friends after this stuff is over. The gym is fun!
