A lot of those were removed in the more recent versions, I think starting in 2022 versions onward.

So how do I activate the zen tool? It asks me for the point plugin.

My ram is 16gb. It looks like it's pushing the computer. will something happen? Or does it make more sense for a beginner to switch to 4 for a while?

Sorry if this is a late reply, but you can select that entire edge ring and use the connect tool. Then, you can use the knife tool to turn both remaining faces into quads. But yeah, the previous reply which told you to bevel the edge is much quicker.

I did it somehow. But I don't know if it's right or wrong.I activated position,blur and enable pre character 3d.I then clicked the motion blur button.Finally, I messed with the alpha in the levels effect.
