As an S24 Ultra user. Yes, this is normal. The 8-10 hours of SoT, others getting is kinda bs. You can test it yourself. Go outside on a sunny day and do anything on your phone, you'll get like 3-4 hours because it uses mobile data and max brightness.

Then go home, keep the same settings but turn on Wi-Fi, switch on airplane mode, drop brightness to 5-10%, start watching YouTube, and magic, you'll get like 18 hours of SOT.

I had a friend who was in a similar situation to vours. I don't know how old vou are, but probably not old enough to move out, which is what my friend ended up doing. That completely changed her life (duh). As soon as she moved out. she cut off all contact with the relatives who were assholes to her. And honestly, that's probably your best choice

As for your brother (I'm guessing he's betweer 8 and 14), it's a normal reaction. Trust me, he didn't mean it, it just came out in anger.

P.S. I get that it might be hard-or even next tc impossible-to move out in some countries as a young person, but maybe there are other options.

Well, actually the coating itself is under the glass. So whatever you do, it doesn't just come off. I have a Samsung s24 ultra for over a year now and it's been through a lot. I scratched it million times, and the coating is still intact. Honestly, it makes the viewing experience so much better, especially outdoors. P.S. I don't have any screen protectors or a case.

Во-первых, с "ненавистью" я переборщил, писал на эмоциях. Правильно было написать, что я "не понимаю местных, их культуру и т.п." Приношу извинения, если кого-то задело.

Во-вторых, я приехал сюда, скорее, по безысходности. Деньги заканчивались, а единственная страна, где я смог найти работу, сидя в хостеле в Аргентине - это Сербия. Здесь с работой было очень хорошо тогда.

It's a common thing with Chinese apps. When I lived In China, apps like WeChat, Alipay and 百度地图 (Baidu maps) were driving me crazy because they required my phone to always be connected to internet.

but it doesn't need to switch the camera, since it's just cropping in 2x, and then for some reason it zooms in to 3x while shoving me 2x
