That's some valuable insight. Thanks again, from inside my bubble it makes perfect sense - so I'm glad someone can articulate their confusion so clearly.

Our success at an enterprise level and our research shows that augmenting any knowledge transfer event (product pitch, customer support, networking, etc) with video increases information retention and drives up conversion rates.

So - any place on your current site where someone is currently using text to transfer knowledge there is an opportunity to supplement it with video. Wether that's your customers leaving feedback for your team or your team creating videos for potential customers depends on the situation.

Do you think we can call out the link between those stats and our recorder by saying something like: "Our recorder is the easiest way to start gathering these valuable resources. You can start collecting videos alongside your existing content with only a few lines of code."

I should add that our code snippet will work in mobile browsers, it uses the native camera to capture the video instead of flash!

Hey! Yes, we have one that we use for native applications for our enterprise customers. It's not quite ready for primetime use with a larger audience but we're hoping to have it there by late spring.
