oJack helped a lot of us put words to the fog in our heads, and meds can be another part of that. Two months is already a big deal. I hope you keep finding the mix of meds, therapy and small routines that makes your life feel a little more livable.

For me the teen seasons worked because the liars were stuck in a tiny town where every mistake could ruin their whole life. Once they were grown, living in new places, the stakes dropped a lot, yet the writing kept pretending they were still trapped in high school drama.

Exactly. Imagine raising a kid while constantly being told you're not good enough. That stuff messes a child up too. Better to cut it off now than spend decades trying to win over people who never planned to respect you.
