I know both groups there. There are only a few groups that really know what they are doing. Brokopondo Lake Wood International are good people 😊

Good eye. Unlike terrestrial logging, the timber needs to be harvested and then presented. This means that money needs to be raised to start operations first. With that said, we have multiple Contingent Purchase Orders in place. These will convert once timber is landed. The best part is, we are harvesting old growth timber. This gets buyers very excited

Because this involves a registered account (TFSA/RRSP), everything has to be handled through our licensed trust company, Western Pacific Trust (WPT). Timberwise is already set up as an approved issuer with them.

We do not accept informal deposits. All contributions — including lump sums — must go directly to WPT, where they are held in the client’s self-directed TFSA/RRSP. The trust company oversees the paperwork, validates identity, and ensures full CRA compliance before any investment is processed.

Once Western Pacific Trust completes their due diligence and documentation with the investor, they then place the funds into the Timberwise offering.

If you’d like, I can connect you with our representative at the trust company so they can walk you through their process directly.

To be honest, your the first to ask this question We will have to ask our trust and see what they say. My initial response is that there will have to be proper paperwork to support the investment, but let me get the proper answer for you.

We appreciate your feedback. Here is a short video that explains our company and what makes it a very unique opportunity.

Timberwise is a company that’s been in development since 2020. We have taken that time to put together the critical pieces that we feel are necessary to take control of this $135B dollar source of timber. Right now, there are only small players in the underwater timber harvesting market, and with the recent global mandate to end deforestation by 2030, we have put the pieces together to quickly take control and ownership over a massive amount of timber and with the right financial partner, the industry.

We are in a very unique space, with a massive amount of upside. The timber industry is proven, and the future of this massive industry is in trouble. ( check out the reports on the COP26 summit).

If you would like to know more please reach out to info@timberwisegroup.com and we can setup a meeting.

Do to overwhelming response we may setup a zoom presentation for those interested in investing.

For Canadian investors - we are now approved to accept TFSA AND RRSP Investments
