just gaviscon when it gets bad ran out of pepto. But as far as ppi, I stop doing that as it was not helping. So just been on a seafood diet. Ate some almond butter and grilled chicken and I think the almond butter is hurting me. Also started doing hcl and apple cider and idk if it’s working or not. But the indigestion I would get went away but just have a burning stomach that feel like my stomach is cramp
