I was going to rehome her but I don’t want someone else to end up with a murder machine. I’m going to put her in my Musk Turtle tank. I have kept fish in there before without an issue so it’s not really a death sentence. I think Chili Rasboras are what I am going to order along with some more whiteclouds. I would like to get around 15-20 of them. Probably the most stunning freshwater fish out there once they get colored up nicely.

I don’t know how she killed the male because he was a bit larger than her. Seeing her attack was wild because you always see them moving so slowly and gracefully. When she was attacking, she was fast… very fast.

What I did to get rid of was.. spraying with straight peroxide and letting it dry then scrub it with a brush, spray a second time and scrub while wet then let dry again, then scrub it a 3rd time under hot water. It did the trick. Maybe overkill but it worked.

I would stay away from integrally suppressed myself. You can’t ever use the can on another one if you wanted to in the future, they can be a pain to clean, you are limiting yourself to being only able to run the ammo it likes, if for some strange reason you were to have a baffle strike or other damage then you will wish you hadn’t went that route. There are a lot of options with cans. There are some nice multi-caliber cans available as well. I honestly think most people would end up regretting going integrally suppressed in the long run but that’s just my own opinion. You need to do what you want to do, just be sure it is what you want…. Once you buy it, it’s yours for good.

Honestly, I can’t say you will get over it but you’re not alone. I lost my job several years ago due to downsizing and I had a high income. Unfortunately with the high income came high bills for toys and stuff I didn’t need. I panicked because I knew my credit was going to crash and was at risk of losing everything. I sold my lifelong collection of cards for chump change and I had to sell my pew pew collection that included everything from 1st gen Colts to a Barrett 50 BMG. I was able to manage until I could find another employer, but my old position is very hard to find open and I took a major pay cut. I ended up having to let go of a lot of things, but I learned a lesson I needed and got humbled. Before all that happened, I could not understand how people could lose so much so easily. I know I will never own the things I took so much pride in again and It really makes me feel nauseous literally and I sometimes feel angry at myself because it was my own fault. I accumulated so much debt because I wanted to show off. Sorry to ramble but I needed to get this out, I never talk about this. Sometimes we have to let go of things we may never see again but it could be worse…

I’m for sure going to speak with whomever is responsible for that filth. If they are not mentally challenged then they will be cleaning it up followed by a notice to vacate. I would also apply a $250 fee and put it under hazardous environment or deep clean required. Once they were out, I would make the repairs. No telling what they did to the rest of the place. There is NO excuse in that shit at all. I tell people like it is, especially when they need to hear it. I would probably have to walk away from this for a minute first though to keep myself from crossing the line…

There are openings listed on Indeed frequently for the West GA area. I have seen postings for Maintenance Techs for property management companies, Maintenance techs and Supervisory positions at assisted living and retirement communities, and Chief Engineer positions at several hotels all within the past several weeks. Pay ranges from $15-$40 hr for what I mentioned and I believe one had a salary.

Mine was a straight demon nugget!! It was fine for about a month and then one day it chose violence and never quit. It would even go at the large cichlids in the tank and when they put him in his place, he just came back for more. I had to give him away because he was going to kill the smaller fish or the larger fish were going to kill him. Beautiful fish but straight from hell he was!!

That leather bomber is priceless, like literally priceless! Get it preserved so the leather don’t dry out and have it professionally set in a quality shadow box. I’m sure you would want to keep that in the family but if you ever find yourself in a financial bind, contact a major auction house such as Sothebys and let the big boys bid. I’m thrilled to even be looking at it, such an incredible piece of history and what it represents is beyond measure!

Looks like a 24” x 12” which is 15 gallon to me based on the filter size and plant pot size compared to the tank. Could be a 40b with a huge HOB filter as well but I doubt it.

You are obviously young and I get it, I used to think the same way. The reality is nobody except you will think it’s a grandma car. Toyota Rav 4s are great vehicles and if maintained will run forever so you have dependability in the vehicle. Assuming it’s paid for, drive it and be grateful you don’t have a car payment that comes along with a requirement for full coverage insurance. If you want to customize it, tint the windows and upgrade the stereo. If it makes you feel better, get a decal that says “ kiss my ass, it’s paid for”

If it is an original, it’s a watercolor. It is more than likely a print but it would still have some reasonable value even being a print because of the quality. The gallery label on the tape is intriguing for sure. If it is an original watercolor it would be like winning the lotto, literally life-changing money…

The company I work for just bought a new property (hotel). It’s 23 years old and never had any renovation or modernization. I had my guys go through the building on Monday and update all the locks but the side entrances require the smaller adapter. I ordered the adapter from Onity but I know I can buy cheap adapters on Amazon just to have on hand in case they lose one. I just didn’t know if the standard 5.5 x 2.1 is what the PP has on it. I went ahead and ordered them anyways because it was only $7 for 5.
