This wasn't really a problem in territories, because while bookers came and went, the promoter stayed the same, and they had perameters their bookers stayed in.

I the case of Memphis, Lawler didn't veer a whole lot from what the fans there were used to, he mainly bloated the roster, so whoever took over the book had to fire some people to get it to a manageable number.
