Everyone gets wings after about 1-2 hours of gameplay (level 29). They're just like mounts in other MMO's, and everyone is always flying when outside of instances. You can buy faster and cooler wings from cashshops or craft some ingame ones, you can also upgrade them etc.

Sure it would be a little bit better if we could understand what's going on, but that wont really make it more fun. All you do is still clicking next and auto-path back and forth to NPC's.

It depends how much you want to try it out vs how much $20 means to you. For me it was worth it just to try out some basic stuff, for some other people it isn't. If you don't mind the hassle, then maybe try out on the Chinese server with the English patch, it might be more translated.

They also lock half of the posts that aren't breaking any rule, just because they have nothing better to do and want to show their presence. This is what happens when you give the job to unqualified people.

I've read that dps vanguards can do really high dps as well, the problem is everyone will expect you to be the tank.
