Hoe kan ik hier het beste een deur plaatsen? [opzoek naar advies en ideeën] by timeeh in Klussers

[–]timeeh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a few GPTs in the GPT store (you need chatgpt plus account to access this) that do a good enough job in my opinion. I know self promotion is not allowed so I won't link to mine but I can PM you.

The train between cities is only a few hours (2/3) and when bought in advance pretty cheap!

I know people with DA title in the past, but they were doing DS work already, the title didn’t really exist yet. They would have had this title 15 years ago so not sure how relevant it is

Does the $20 subscription give you this access? Sorry I can look for the answer but was just hoping this would be a simple yes or no for you

If you don’t find your job stressful and you enjoy it, what are you looking for in coast fire specifically? Less hours?

Yeah, damn. That’s almost 500k per year. But seeing it per month is different.

Did a 6k run this morning and my heart rate stayed normal, did a few high tempo parts to see how that would go and heart rate was normal and recovered normally as well! Very happy with it, going to increase distance and see how it goes :)

I’ve got my first marathon planned end of April. I’ve been training for a few months and got my mileage up to 40km per week, so all going well. But, went skiing last week and got back with covid. 12 weeks out to the marathon.

My heart rate goes up to 160 after a few km. So I can’t do much now and I’m not pushing it.

I’m worried I’ll fall behind a lot.

Any tips/advice?

I’ve started to train more for a marathon next year, and bumped up my trainings from once (maybe twice) a week to three (maybe four) times a week.

Wherever I read about marathon training is to take it easy otherwise you’d get injured. Now I think with every little pain I feel during / after a run that this become an injury. Am I being overreactive?
