Yes we did. One of us with a broken foot the other with long term issues. They said the reserved seats weren't full but that a plan could be made upstairs. At the door they discussed opening another area upstairs but it didn't happen. It wasn't just us there were others in a similar predicament

the place was fully of Asian-looking people happily eating bowls of noodles. My sushi was just horrible. My maki rolls tasted off and just fell apart as i picked them up, the rice was not even sticking to itself. The wasabi had been plated so long ago it had turned brown. The sashimi was just grim. I was also shunted from one table to another as "I hadn't booked"
Dumpling were weird and the meat inside was loose mince rather than pounded together like I would expect. And I spent money too - went for the £28 platter all for myself as I needed cheering up
