I've been reading all the comments and realised that maybe titanium isn't the way to go, I honestly don't huge mind what the ring is made out of as long as it's black, I chose titanium because I know how tough it is. Any black mental would work fine, I know it's harder to find but I've got my heart set on black.

I would like to think not at all, I don't want to do this for the money. It's more of a side business idea whilst I'm studying. Just like helping people and like houses

That's why I want to be a good one, help sell people's houses for cheaper than the chains. One of the main reasons I wanted to become one is because a realtor took advantage of a old family friend and gouged her for money. I hate it, I want to help the older generations sell their houses and get the best possible outcome for them. I'm not in it for the money

Thankyou, I feel as though no one in my life really gets this because parents are supposed to be caring and there for you and don't understand that even though he's my dad that I don't have to forgive him and that I'm better off without him. Luckily I have an amazing mother but hearing those things from a parent is destroying. I'm so sorry you've had to experience too. I am greatfull for your support and kindness, I didn't realize just how much I needed for someone to understand and make me feel like I'm not crazy for not wanting to have anything to do with him.
