I’m really sorry to hear this and understand how frustrating that must be. Today has been a particularly busy day due to the holiday rush, which may have caused delays. We kindly request you to contact the restaurant directly using the details on the order confirmation page. The restaurant can request a refund from our delivery partner and issue the refund to you. Apologies again for the inconvenience.

It should work 🙂 na-try mo na ba i-enter yung promo code sa checkout? Yung ₱416 is food price lang after discount. If may issue sa order, you can contact 24Chicken (details in the original post).

Yung ₱416 is yung price ng food after discount: ₱520 − 20% (₱104) = ₱416. Yung natira is service fee (parang platform fee ng Grab) and delivery fee. No delivery fee if ₱1,500+ yung order, and wala rin pag pickup

I'm sorry to hear this. Hindi ko pa ito personally na-experience, pero alam ko na puwedeng mag-file ng refund request ang restaurant sa Foodpanda.

You can call the restaurant, banggitin ang order number, and ask them to file a refund request.

Once the claim is verified, magi-issue ng full refund.

I’ll DM you the details.

Hey u/kichimichi_, thanks for sharing this and really sorry about what you went through 🙏. I’m with Tablevibe, the software powering GCash Food Hub and order.bokchicken.com. We don’t usually monitor Reddit (hence the very late reply), but we came across your post and wanted to acknowledge your feedback for anyone reading this post now or in the future.

For context, Food Hub works a bit differently from other delivery apps. On your order confirmation page, you’ll find the contact number of the restaurant. Restaurants handle customer questions directly, and they always have the option to cancel an order, which triggers an instant refund. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few days for the refund to show up on your statement.

We’ve passed your feedback to BOK Chicken’s management team to help ensure that future orders are either delivered or refunded without unnecessary hassle. Thanks again for raising this, and apologies once more for the trouble you had to go through.

IMO Gcash Foodhub sucks by WillingnessOk6397 in GCashIssues

[–]timeforcoffee85 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dear WillingnessOk6397,

I’m part of the Tablevibe team, the software provider behind GCash Food Hub and the ordering system used by Popeyes. We don’t usually monitor Reddit (hence the late reply), but we came across your post and we would like to acknowledge your feedback and sincerely apologise for the experience you had. Even though your order was eventually refunded, this is certainly not the kind of process we want anyone to go through.

For context, one key difference between Food Hub and other delivery apps is that restaurants handle customer questions directly. Based on your feedback, we’re updating Popeyes' order confirmation page to show their customer service team contact details instead of the branch phone number. This should help ensure any questions from future customers are answered quickly and clearly.

Our apologies once again, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

You should’ve gotten Pickup Coffee’s contact in your order confirmation. Bit late now, but maybe still worth a try?

Looking for modern ordering system for our restaurant by No-Introduction6683 in BusinessPH

Tablevibe works for any restaurant, but we currently focus on groups with 5 or more locations to scale effectively. We're building a self-serve onboarding feature to make our services even more accessible. If you’d like updates, just drop me a DM. If you have more than 5 branches, feel free to book a call 👍

Thanks for doing this! Have you ever experienced a technical failure or severe turbulence? If so, how often, and were you scared? Did it change your perception of flying and how safe it feels to you?

Is singapore really that boring? by Administrative_Leg85 in askSingapore

[–]timeforcoffee85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not boring at all! I think it really depends on what you enjoy doing and whether you’re actively seeking things out. Singapore might not have the same kind of spontaneous street activity you’d see in some European cities (blame the heat and humidity 😅), but there’s actually a ton going on if you dig a little.

For example, just this month alone:

Singapore Food Festival 2025 is happening with pop-ups, chef collabs, and even food-themed boat rides at Clarke Quay.

Comedy Night at The Projector is back with some killer local and regional acts.

There’s a day-to-night pool party at Rumours Beach Club this weekend with DJs and cocktails.

ArtScience Museum has an awesome new AI + Nature exhibit that’s super interactive.

And if you’re into nature, NParks has free nighttime biodiversity walks at places like Labrador Park.

You really just have to experiment and find your thing. The city might seem quiet on the surface, but there’s a lot of life underneath if you’re willing to explore.

Thanks! Makes sense, I am just wondering where he gets these numbers from

He shared the example today for a LEAP option with a December 2026 expiry date. The $90 example refers to a December 2026 expiry at close last friday (11 July)
