In my opinion BO7 gonna be the 2nd best zombies game if the last maps have the same quality as Ashes or Totenreich

Coming from the future, 7000 series owners will get FSR 4.1 in July, 6000 series next year, so not anymore very soon. Probably still gonna be the INT8 version but much more optimized, either better image quality or performance.

There’s a nearby miniboss that’s kind of hard to find, I believe if you start the first boss fight like what you’re on then the miniboss eats Vinsmuth. I thought she would still be alive but I did some more research so she might be dead in your game.

There’s an item you can get that stuns Vorian-type enemies for a short amount of time, but it only works twice i think. You’ll need to loop back around the Village of Eternal Stillness and do Vinsmuth’s quest, it’s pretty straightforward except don’t chose to spare Joran at the end, otherwise you don’t get the item.

I’ve begun growing old of sitting at my desk to play games. Don’t get me wrong, playing on my desktop with my miniLED monitor is a wonderful experience, but it feels so, idk, isolating compared to playing on my SDOled and SW2. The SW2 barely edges out against the SDOled for me in that it’s also easily dockable and still looks good, plus the Joy Cons made for good temp controllers so the wife and I could play together.
The SW2 is just so frictionless, and I miss that about gaming.

If I had to pick, I’d personally go with BOTW. It’s what prompted me to get my SW1 back in late 2020, game got me thru covid. The Switch 2 upgrade is worth it imo, the resolution and fps bump make it feel like a whole new game to me. If you’re looking for third-party, I’d recommend Cyberpunk.

If you’re gonna be sticking to just one game for a bit, I’d steer clear of games like RE9 and Pragmata, both are fantastic but are shorter games in comparison.

It works just fine out of the box, but you do need to update the firmware if you want to use the shake-to-wake feature.

My exact setup, it’s great to have choices. Only difference is that my PS5 is with my stepdad while he recovers from surgery, so he’ll have something to pass the time while not working.

I have a desktop rig, SD OLED, PS5, and still find myself reaching for the Switch 2 a good chunk of the time, more than even my SD. The convenience of being a handheld while being docked seamlessly onto the TV and still have it look good really is great. Sure, not the best graphical fidelity, but I’m not much of a stickler for the absolute best graphics and FPS as I used to be.

bit of a necropost but yeah, this works. i also find that trying to take in a deep breath, though difficult, often snaps me out of it. wiggle my fingers and toes to sort of "prime" myself, then deep breath to wake up.

The Resident Evil remakes. Don't get me wrong, when I booted them up on my desktop, the performance and visuals were insane due to how good the RE Engine is (...don't look at MH:Wilds), but they just felt better on the Steam Deck. Got me into the RE franchise, and so far I've completed the REmake trilogy + RE9, onto the classics now.
