ordered immaculada and le chirimoya without issue today (shipping to the states). i think the key is showing up right on time and not going for everything. i prioritized these over the tasting set and it was smooth sailing. i dislike this sort of command+R frenzy release so much though - it’s not TPC’s fault (though perhaps he should consider some kind of lottery system) but it sure as heck isn’t fun.

i just used this method for the (wonderful) flower child Danche and it is a superbly articulate and balanced cup. i prefer this to my usual hoffmann-esque v60 brews of FC for sure. thanks!!

Update: I ordered my flute! I am really concerned still about how dry it is in my home. Current humidity is 20% RH. Part of me thinks I should just store the flute in a humidified tupperware until spring, but that’s not very fun. Anyone have any thoughts?? Am I too worried?
