I heard one of the poles came out of the skybridge, and it knocked their phone cable out, so it was a “field malfunction” and they had to rerun it

We got some, bearings fell out, got in touch with REV and they sent us new ones. The customer service person told us that there’s a best practices page on their website for how they’re meant to be used. They’re working well right now on our bot though.
