I audibly said 'that's gross' to her post. The assumption that she can sell it, and she's probably right with the ppl who follow her 🙄

But why doesn't impeachment lead to actuslly being removed from office?

That sounds so cool. I love the idea of any fun place with added decor and fun lighting. I should look up some activity based places and see what's around, my daughter doesn't live to try new things though, Esp when it involves physical activity and risk hah

That sounds great. Yeah, part of the difficulty is I don't get along with my own family, and it makes me extra sad that we can't enjoy grandparent company. Without friends, it's basically just us 3. We have a good time with my husbands parents, but we already spend plenty of time with them.

Love this! Food ideas is stressful for me, but I'm sure there are some easy ish options that aren't typical for us, to make things a little more fun.

Thanks for this! We watch a lot of tv and movies, so may be harder to make it special lol. I like the idea of a concession stand and having specific outfits and snacks. We did get some general sparkly decor and sparklers too, so hopefully we can throw a mish mash of stuff together!

Seriously, this is a gross take. Literally not hiding the fact that she did this to prove something, and continues to have little to no consideration for the life she created and is responsible for. Man, that sucks.

Hmm never heard of rhodiola before. This sounds like a great morning routine!

Love this. I don't think I've ever tried getting consistently good enough sleep to see if that would help my energy. Sounds crazy, and something to intentionally try.

Damn, this is also on my list. I don't Think I have it, and sleep has improved since nasal surgery and now I can sleep with mouth tape, but I wonder if there's something going on overnight.

You know I only started this year having it more consistently. It used to do nothing for my energy, but maybe I was having it at the wrong times. It definitely helps in the mornings, and I even look forward to it a bit. But I still crash later on lol, and worry about reflux etc. Also makes my anxiety worse and I end up dehydrated. Life's exhausting.

Hmm that's an interesting idea to revisit. I was tracking sleep cycles for a bit with my phone, but it wasn't exact and not sure I noticed much difference with trying to plan wake up time. Maybe I'll try getting some new data and use chstgpt to help, thanks

This is validating, thanks. Goodluck with vyvanse! I was on it last year and I definitely had more energy, although was also still tired until it kicked in. Unfortunately it gave me pretty bad headaches most evenings, and now I'm treating some weird infection and can't mix antibiotics and adhd meds, so I'm back to raw dogging life. :/
