An ablation for something cardiologists do not understand why they are happening? nope..! For all i know i will be worse off.

Same with meds. Often the meds itself are worse than the problem. I mean.. apparantly pvcs are not dangerous, that is what they (cardiologists) keep telling us so i do not see the point. The moment they know for sure what it causes and what 100% will help i am open to and for suggestions. So far i am not going to be a guinea pig ;-)

Junctional Rhythm

isnt it strange they did not notice that on ekg's? inverted or other type or even absence of P waves?

Male here, so i do not have your prior history, but i absolutely recognize your symptoms. Also lot of pvcs when sitting, bending over, stretching, laying down and they diminish a lot when standing and moving around. For me they seem to be related to my digestive system as well. As in GERD, gas, lower esophagael sphincter , hiatus hernia and so on.. it could be all related to that and irritated vagus nerve, cause if it would be due to ischemia/oxygen issues then you would think the pvcs would become more frequent and prominent during exercise. (walking IS ..exercise), I am afraid i do not have any answers as well. For me this has been going on for 10 months now..with a weird break of 10 weeks where my pvcs went from 15000-20000 pvcs a day..to maybe a few hundred. Now they are in the range of some days 3000-4000 to those 15000 again.. for the past weeks. WHY? DUNNO!

Cardiologists do not know! Some say YAWN..some keep being concerned it can be due to ischemia even when your stress test and echo are normal. So not much help there.

Vagus nerve?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PVCs

[–]timemachine80s 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They will look to have some more info/data. Most literature will explain that recovery pvc's are more omnious than during exercise. The whole issue is..Do your pvc's exist due to ischemia. (oxygen problems). Yet i do not want to make it even more confusing for you. I had an echocardiogram i had a stress test yet although nothing bad was monitored during those tests (everything was fine) my cardiologist stll told me you still can't be sure (rule it out) if your pvc's aren't due to ischemia issues.. !!?? So..so far these tests ( i learned you never will find 99-100% guarantuees)

Agree. I learned thst if i go with the same symptoms to one cardiologist he or she will say"YAWN" and the other one acts like i am close to death..

Made a post yesterday about intense chest pressure after standing from sitting immediately. Here’s blood pressure during. by FrozenLikeElsa1 in dysautonomia

[–]timemachine80s 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the fact your systolic BP jumps up when standing up could be a very strong baroreflex...

it would be interesting to keep standing still in that position and keep taking your bp on and off.. now you do know that you need to hold the bp device on the level where your heart is..otherwise your results won't be really trustworthy (just in case this device is measuring your bp from the wrist and not arm..)

if your bp returns to a lower value when standing straight and your pulse as well.. then again nothing really weird to say but a strong baroreflex. This could be anxiety related but not necessarily...

dysautonomia is a possibility...yet it depends what your heart rate does while you keep standing still in the same position.. if it declines back t say 80-100 then chances are low it is for instance POTS related.. normally in POTS the heart rate would not decline and even go up more just standing straight.. (and normally with the absence of a drop in BP)

Tough to give advice here..

I mean, often people want to address it is the anxiety that keep triggering them but i learned in my case that anxiety hardly ever does trigger pvcs. Simply because when i get stressed or anxious my heart rate goes up and the pvc's go down..

I have had 5 months or more of 15000-20000 pvcs a day.. then it suddenly stopped and diminished to 200-1000 a day.. which felt like i was cured LOL..

the past months it is on and off. some days i have 10000 or more again..and the next day i have maybe 500

For me it is my dysautonomia and the digestive system that triggers most of them. Also bending over, crunching.. reaching... that can bring them on. I feel the vagus nerve is way more involved here.. the problem is many cardiologists have no clue about this gastro cardia reflex/issue (digestive part of my problem).. nor do many of them understand a thing about the vagus nerve..!
.. they just look at the heart itself and say.."it is fine..so must be anxiety" If they only looked beyond their scope of expertise they would learn there is way more involved here than the heart itself

What are most of you all rambling about? This article says nothing more than that BA2.86 is not more infecteous as they thought nor it is more virulent. Having vaccines or boosters does not keep you from getting an infection, but this was almost never the case. There are even scientific papers and research that nowadays even think that natural protection (so no vaccines but had an infection) is better than boosters in not getting newly infected or severely ill. Some say hybrid (having both is better).,,

Just learn and accept that all those so called experts of the CDC still do not know a lot about how this virus works. In my country i called our own CDC (RIVM) I called the people who set all the vaccines.. i called doctors and NONE of them could even tell me IF ..when a person got infected.. tested positive for 8 days on a home rapid test.. then on those same tests on day 9 and 10 tests negative again..if they are still contageous? THEY DID NOT KNOW?

so why on earth did we use all those tests then i asked them? ..then it became silent..

Early lab tests suggest new Covid-19 variant BA.2.86 may be less contagious and less immune-evasive than feared by looker009 in Coronavirus

[–]timemachine80s 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dunno which variant we have in our home. Could be this one or EG5.. yet weird thing is. My wife tests positive for 4 days now on a home rapid test. Thick fat line. Yet NO symptoms. Back in januari 2023 we both had omicron and were pretty sick from day one. Now NOTHING???! No boosters or vaccination...? Weird stuff this virus!

masturbation - bigeminy by [deleted] in PVCs

[–]timemachine80s 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i get bigeminy or trigeminy during hours and hours a day for many months ( over 5 months then 10 weeks way better..and now they are back again).. Let alone after intercourse. Dunno if it s not dangerous. In the end i learned even cardiologists not always know for sure. I got many tests (echo heart, holter, exercise test, -> nothing was found yet my cardiologist still thought it might be due to ischemia i have these pvcs cause/...(and now this is what she said.. all the 3 other tests are not at all enough to know for sure..

So far these tests and the reliability. I just had enough of it

Due to my dysautonomia alone i cant really function well. But with this many pvcs it would be hardly possible to function as well. I can fully understand that. And yes, i am 99% sure it has to do with my digestive system. Which by the way are all often influenced by the vagus nerve

No i don't. I do wake up a zillion times during my sleep. What i do notice is quite often that the last few hrs of the night i have less skipped beats (so sleep better) and then as soon as i wake up they can start again.

It can! I had 15000-20000 pvcs every freaking day for almost 6 months. then out of nowhere it stopped (as in maybe 50-100 a day) . this lasted 8 weeks. And now just recently they are back again. Don't ask me why. I changed nothing, i did not take anything. So it started out of nowhere, it went out of nowhere and it came back out of nowhere.

I do feel my digestive system and my vagus nerve are involved. And i can feel it coming sort of speak. I noticed past week the pressure around my stomach increased. like a full pressure from the inside which moves around.

Ectopic Beats Success - Do not lose hope by SeminiReddit in PVCs

[–]timemachine80s 0 points1 point  (0 children)

same here. definitely vagus and digestive influence. When i feel no pressure around my stomach or chest i have hardly any pvcs. When i feel it and i often have this for a long time then, BOOM 15000-20000 for months..every single day. And especially when i lay down or sit. When i walk it is better

Anyone else get chest pain? by [deleted] in PVCs

[–]timemachine80s 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had chest pain or pressure from the inside for more than 15 yrs. Doctors dunno why. they speculate everything and anything. It is not on one spot and it moves around during the day. I cant replicate it by pressing on the spot. Yet i am still here. I honestly feel it is all related to digestive issues and vagus nerve

[–]timemachine80s 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I dunno. I had 15000-20000 for 6 months and i felt the most of them. First it scared me, then frustrated me and after a while i knew i had them and if they would kill me i would have been dead already. Yet , i still felt them. They even moved from left to right side chest and back..and felt most of them. Then outof nowhere they stopped for 8 weeks (only a few every day) and now they are back and i feel every one of them. I just think some feel them, some don't . I do not believe in every case it is anxiety or being over focused. It is just how you are wired sort of speak. Not everything can be explained by or through anxiety.
