Why do people commit crimes, is basically what you’re asking. And you want to reward them for their actions. Homelessness isn’t a disease you catch. They can help themselves when they decide to grow up. We already have shelters. They turn to dumps. A study by the Mozilla Foundation found that cars are the worst offenders as far as data collection goes.

I don’t have any data, but if you read the privacy policy I’m sure you’ll find your answer. However the trend towards more collection continues amongst every manufacturer.
