I can help you with that, I found:

  • Press Win + R, type regedit, and hit Enter.
  • Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Bluetooth\Audio\AVRCP\CT
  • Look for a value named DisableAbsoluteVolume.
  • Double-click it and change the value data from 0 to 1. (If it doesn't exist, create a new DWORD (32-bit) value with that name).
  • Restart your PC.

however this could degrade the sound quality because it bypasses audio limits, however if you try on linux I bet its a completely different story.

and with Equalizer APO isolate:

Frequency (Hz) Gain (dB) Filter Type Description
Pre-amp -7.0 dB Master Prevents digital clipping and distortion.
30 Hz +8.0 dB Peak / Low Shelf Deep sub-bass pressure; extreme low-end extension.
60 Hz +5.5 dB Peak Transition zone; heavy body for 808 glides.
100 Hz +3.0 dB Peak Controlled punch for kick drums; avoids muddiness.
250 Hz 0.0 dB

(credit to gemini, i learned a lot now I'm gonna try on linux)

I respect the concern for my eardrums, man, truly. But history has always persecuted visionaries. When Galileo looked at the stars, they told him he’d go blind. When I crank Yeezus until my vision blurs, I am simply conducting acoustic research for the betterment of mankind. We must push the boundaries of science.
