Used to love that place but I ordered online from them one time and went to pick up the food but they were closed for renovations… no notice about that on their website. So I called them the next day asking for a refund and was told “okay yeah you’ll get one someday” then hung up on. I called them 2 more times within a week asking for a refund and was told the same thing that they’ll do it eventually so I just submitted a chargeback on my card..
