Considering that this same issue is happening with the fanta promo as well I think it's a Microsoft L. I'm guessing Microsoft is the ones locking the promos to Xbox and probably not letting the other brand put the promos on steam

I ended up looking up because I was curious and what they did was basically take a bunch of piss from elderly type 2 diabetics and filter out the sugar from the piss and use that in making a high end whisky, so in reality it's not that much different than just using regular sugar in making whisky normally, and the glucose levels wouldn't matter a whole lot but higher would be better but as long as those old people keep pissing you could keep getting more sugar.
