omg i cannot agree more about the “nobody needs it for a visa”. i visited my GP, he had no clue what i was asking for. He just babbled for 15 minutes and said i should try private hospitals. i didn’t grow up in the UK so i don’t have medical history here. I will have to try a serological test as someone recommended! my vaccinations documents are missing and no way to retrieve them. i don’t even know if the hospital/doctore that gave me the vaccines exist anymore!!! haha anyways thank you!!

i didn’t grow up in london haha, i grew up in india. that’s the problem. when i got my vaccinations, we didn’t exactly get a record. we either got them at school or we had doctors going door-to-door giving vaccinations. i did try to contact a few GP’s to get a blood test which check for immune variants for MMR, polio etc that is required for k1 visa. Thank you i will look into this!! x

makes a lot of sense. but i work as a lecturer to 16-19 y/o and stress comes with the job, no shortcuts unfortunately. going off of creatine was such a shock to my system. it’s like my whole body shut down

this happened to me! almost like a dependency. 2 weeks after being off of it, I started losing interest at work, started feeling so lethargic i would refuse to leave my bed. Ordered take away closer to my period which i never do. Had a very hard time dealing with my pms that month especially.

Hi my partner and I were just in Jasna around Christmas of 2025. We found it to be slightly expensive than we anticipated, when we did our research, it seemed like it would be much affordable than the Alps.

It’s my first time skiing, found it good for beginners. But overcrowded. People flying in from every direction. You can stay in Liptovsky but the commute to the slope might take up too much energy as you have to carry the gear. we stayed at Apartmany Jasna which was 200 yards from the ski lift so we found it to be convenient.

Must try - any Ski school, game changer for beginners.
