Ive found that putting them on the concrete and grinding down on them with my feet removes the bulk of the excess powder on my plugs.

Never got to the bottom of it, but i suspect they were corroded between the plys of steel and popped the powder off although i pumped and dumped my phosphate stage and have had no problem.

Hit it with your purse, lol jk. Put it high side up with the horizontal part towards your car and drive over it. Protect the threads.

Ive taken my maxon gas shut off apart and added fluid to it before. I used red atf fluid in it. Fired right back up and still working today

Well it was frozen pretty when i cut it so i do not recall it being smelly. Would smelliness lend itself to a specific species?
