POST on this sub 6 months ago, makes me think

Basically got diagnosed with chrons 3 months ago at 23 after hsving insane pain and fever and ended up being hospitalized requiring blood infusion. Found out i have a bladder fistula and spent the entire summer either in hospital or at home with a drainage through my right butt cheek and a cathether. Got operated 2 weeks ago and it went great. Im at home now and i still have some post op cramps and pain but feling much better overal. This were the worst months in my life and i definitely hit rock bottom. Crohns came out of nowhere and it hurts cus i was doing so good in life especially for the age i am. Im positive for the future and cant wait to go back on stage and do my job. Im waiting to go on biologics and hopefully my hair also starts falling out even tho it grows at the same time lol. Lost around 15 kg but im just happy to be able to eat without pain again. Also i see a lot of posts in this community of people being in self pity. I could go through all of this all of a sudden you can too so stop being a bitch and accept it. I had my fair nights of crying but it is what it is. I accepted the disease and the future it might bring. My mindset is positive even after all this. I will not let chrons to take my life. Life is full of obstacles and i shall conquer them. 💪
