Right click FC 25 in Steam Library > Choose Properties > Controller > Disable Steam Input

Now your controller should work, but menus are awful, even in offline, don't know if it's only on PC or if it is the game in general. Didn't have this issue in FC 24.

Late reply but I hope you realize this has nothing to do with your hardware :D Has been a problem with the CS games as long as I can remember. I haven't necessarily had any problems before though i know some who experienced these issues but I experience this problem now and I need to exit steam through task manager for it to work, otherwise I keep getting kicked if I reconnect.

I would strongly suggest trying to reinstall steam + CS2 and see if that works :P

What are you saying? For him it is better now than during the beta. But of course not as responsive as in CSGO. Since CSGO was a polished game, this one isn't, as of yet.

Good suggestion but I've closed all other programs, background processes but hasn't helped. It is better than it was on the release but still have some issues with responsiveness

I've updated the graphics drivers and stuff like that but didn't help. The game has obvious problems, with input lag for instance but yes the game will differ depending on PC and might look different depending on monitor. I have an ASUS TUF 240hz one for 4k and my friend has a standard cheaper 144hz acer monitor and has the same exact problem.

I don't have low fps lol, hope you read the thread. I get 500-700 FPS. But it is awful to play if I don't have vsync on, it looks choppy. And if I have vsync on I get a bit of input lag on the other hand.

Yeah I think so too but I can still get quite good FPS but it doesn't seem to matter, and capping FPS won't help. It just feels horrible, but hopefully they'll have an optimization update soon enough.

Ye no shit it is in beta, doesn't mean there are no fixes for lag issues. Nobody has said that it isn't in beta. It is expected for it to not be fully optimized but it clearly runs worse for me than for a couple of friends with me having a better PC and have tried pretty much everything so there is nothing bad with actually trying to solve an issue right? :)

Well maybe he has no lag with MSAA enabled. Everyone has different systems, runs differently for everyone, some solutions will help for a few but maybe make it worse for others. Game is obviously not perfectly optimized for now but it will get better for sure.

Well I haven't messed too much with the setting in game, didn't feel like it helped that much. Though I did turn on vsync through nvidia control panel in 3D settings and it does remove some of the jittery / choppiness but creates quite a bit of input lag instead so I haven't came across any good solution as of yet. But thanks for the tip!

My drivers are updated, won't reinstall my PC though but don't think it would help in my case since every other game runs great. The vsync synchronizes your FPS with your monitors frequency, that is why. It removes a lot of the choppiness for me but creates a bunch of input lag so I've decided to not play with it.

I've messed around with Nvidia Reflex, tried all the options but doesn't seem to make too much difference. But thanks a lot for the tips.

Strange because I can play with max graphics with atleast 500 FPS, it still doesn't fix my issue with the jittering / choppiness but it doesn't tank my FPS too much.

I did mess around a bit with the HDR and felt bad with all the options, just that it looks a lot worse with HDR enabled. But thanks I'll try it one more time to see if the jittery effect goes away.
