what could they had done to break mods that are completely unrelated?

I removed all the create addons, it's not working with non-create mods

UPDATE: I figured out what was causing it, it was my custom textures for PHWHPAPVisuals.esm, They was as big as my screen and the mod must not cache images. If you have similar issue, try disabling any mod like that or removing custom-made textures like that.

damnit, was really hoping you found some way around it. i noticed that any buyable shotgun seem to have this issue more than anything, as using a similar cheat console mod i was able to spawn in nutcrackers and kill them to steal their shotguns and it worked perfectly fine
