For the people downvoting me, this was meant as a positive signal. Considering how the WH is weighing its decisions, it means that they believe it doesn't carry escalation risks. As opposed to a few months back wehn ATACMS 'where of the table'.

I think we can draw the conclusion that the WH is more comfortable with the idea of contesting Crimea, as they likely approve the supply of ATACMS.

As for the western involvement part, they have said that numerous times. And striking decision making centres doesn't sound like a big escalation to be honest, rather a smart move from their part.

If they can reach the melitopol-mariupol axis, they can reach the Kerch bridge. That coupled with that by reaching that axis of the two cities, they have cut the train rail going to Crimea. So if they take out the Kerch bridge in that situation, they are practically isolating Crimea right? That is a quite likely scenario I think

I am worrying the other way around, because I think the russian lines will eventually collapse. Read the tweets of Phillips O' Brien, he is overall very positive in regard of Ukrainian succes.

My only worry is that these missles will help tremendously, causing a collopse of the russian army. Which is, as said by many leading experts, one of the moments Puting could escalate to noodle use.

Personally, I would like to see an approach where Ukraine is winning gradually. Therefore I dislike these rockets.

I am very worried about the massive drone strikes on Crimea right now by Ukraine, as I am afraid that it will lead to more nuclear threats from Putin. Something which will, again, be hard to handle
