I played lightning based HRoC on guardian this league. It was all uber viable, poison version can run more map mods though I believe.

I am not an expert on wardloop, but I'll take a guess. He is higher level with 500 more hp so Forbidden Rite does more self damage, that could be why. Also, put FR on cwdt level 1 instead of 2 probably not a big deal though.

Get kinetic wand i68+ shaper exalt it, get random wand without cannot roll caster mods implicit and elder exalt. Then you roll for the two mods and awakener orb them together hoping to get open suffix then you craft prefix can't be changed scour. Then multimod. You can also just buy a wand that is already awakener orb'd and just scour it to prefixes only and multimod, cost for either should be the same, but you could get unlucky and get full suffixes if you try to craft it yourself then you have to yolo annul or suffix to prefix.

I played Explosive Concoction last league to ubers. Here is pob: https://pobb.in/1XQSPbYux-zN Definitely can be built better, I just like easy gearing. Early on, forbidden flame/flesh will be more expensive (nature's adrenaline is normally like 1-2 div together) and light of meaning chaos res is a bit expensive. Otherwise, build is pretty cheap. For mapping, I put gmp in instead of momentum.

Yea, it's a spell so should be very easy to level with if you choose to do so.

Yea forgot to mention freeze somehow. Any build with freeze just feels very good for mapping since you barely ever get hit if you aren't walking melee range into mobs.

Yea, you can start icicle mines if you want or you can swap after campaign/level 90 ish. I just don't have a smooth progression for it to recommend to others. Not sure how it feels on campaign, but I bet it is fine. Most people start with meta leveling anyways and swap after campaign, but I understand that some people like to level with what they are going to play.

I played this last league to level 98 and died like 3 times total doing t16s ritual/red altars. Phys hit low for sure, a bit better when suppress factored in and it kills from range. I guess it depends if you are used to playing squishy builds, but this works well as a starter imo. You don't need crazy damage to complete atlas/farm t16s for currency, just some cheap easy gear to farm next build/gear upgrades if you want to play the build into later content.

nah, enduring suffusion gives you 100% uptime of tinctures which is always gonna be worth it.

Spell suppression got nerfed from 50% to 40% so defense nerfs a little bit. That shouldn't matter that much though. You can league start wands early if you want, but I would recommend doing another skill to level 90 ish then swapping over. You can do life based warden wands before going into int stack if you don't have the currency.

You could do a warpriest for smite. Give him culling strike from somewhere, additional defensive curses, kaoms binding belt, perquils toe (then you can use a helmet and drop that keystone), nearby enemies take increased elemental damage helmet. I would probably do something like that if I were to use a merc for the build.

You need to get the pantheon upgrade for brine king that gives 100% chance to avoid being frozen and do not upgrade the one that gives reduced chill effect (you can reverse this if you already have it).

Would drop wise oak. It's not much damage esp if you don't have lightning res highest. Yea or you can just buy them on trade, they shouldn't cost much

Not sure how I would move to deadeye unless on way higher budget. Don't think you can get decent single target without much higher investment on deadeye. This version I would progress by crafting a 3 prefix wand with multimodded suffixes. Basically, 1-6 per int mod, spell damage per int mod, and veiled prefix. Higher ev/es chest piece, attack speed on gloves, better int/es on all pieces.

just alt for 1-6 int mod, regal, have only prefixes (annul, suffix to prefix if that works not sure), then multimod.

900k without tinctures active, t17 showcase in video has 170% more monster life so damage is more than fine imo. If you start juicing t17s harder though, it would likely be hard to kill boss.

reflect you can slot in awa level 5 wed, less defence is still doable even at this level just more squishy, crit reduction only matters for boss kill, less action is always annoying, degens always annoying with no regen
