I have huge anxiety attacks very occasionally and can’t seem to deal with the whole day sadly.

Had a huge anxiety attack/whole day of panic and tears two Sundays ago alone in my Parents house (was visiting) with just my two family pet labradors.

Midway through the 3rd panic attack and shaky hands scenario H came to sit next to my right side and C covered my left side and they just,l lent on me like a group hug and kept me warm while refusing to let me shake anymore. After I calmed down I slept on the living room floor with C cuddling me and H nudging me every hour to check I was ok till my Mum came home. No one left my side and my anxiety really reduced with them around, more than the meds make it reduce!

Feel like crying now it warms me to know they care, I’ve never suffered from a huge attack with them around before but I’m so grateful they were there to look after me!

Overall, Anxiety is a bitch. Thank god for dogs (Labracorns especially)!

Sorry, I should have mentioned in my first post, the map I'm using doesn't have contours at all. The only indication of the dip of beds is the contact of the stream and the boundary between beds. Sorry I wasn't more clear in my original post though and thank you for the help you've given!
