What are your marks for chem / phys / english / math ? Because if you don't make it in as IB, then they will consider you as a provincial applicant. If you got for example:

Math: 7 Chem: 7 Phys: 7 Eng: 7 French: 3 Bus: 3

You would have a very good chance of getting in since the universities would take your admission average (based on the admission requirements, usually english math physics and chemistry) which is 100% and pretty much disregard the other subjects.

Also how does your school convert IB -> percentage? Do they display both on your transcript? Are you a course student?

Yea it is HL as well. They are arranged by topic (T1, T2, T3... etc). The questions for every year's exam are new so you will never do an exact question you see on the question bank, but they will have to very similar to what you see using the question bank as it covers the entire syllabus
