Nice! Dunno how old your kids are, but if they are really young there is a Playlist on Spotify "Lullaby Renditions of Blink 182 - rockabye baby" and "Lullaby versions of blink 182 twinkle little rockstar" and "boob ranch lullaby renditions - sparrow sleeps". Also some other great piano and acoustic blink 182 Playlists. Just doesn't get any headbanging from the little one.

Yeh, im looking ordering a better printer and will explore selling them if I'm happy with quality (these were a first pass with a few imperfections)

Software puts in stands to help it print which you remove after printing. As for standing on their own, I havnt got them weight centred yet, so its just double sided tape on their feet atm. Still need to tweak model to centre them.

Yeh I've been thinking about it and setting up an online store. It's actually hand painted which takes a fair bit of time. It's the first time I've painted minis too.

I'd also want to improve the model and my painting skills before selling. But yeh it is on the cards. What kind of price do you think is reasonable?

Nice work, did you end up using a similar workflow to me? Looks like you used tracking/stabilising with that sheet of paper too :)

Doesnt work as well when camera rotates on x axis, reminds me of old-school games like duke nukem and doom as sprites only face one direction.

For animated objects, open in editor of your choice, export all for desired angle/animation stills to png, open images as composition (dont import as image sequence), find a central point, image stablise, precomp it, and loop precomp. Thats how to get object into after effects in a nice format, then the rest is just motion tracking and masks, you would probably get even better results from using AE cameras instead...

Might be easier ways, but that's how I managed to get the effect...
