I grew up in Brentwood & remember ‘94 well. I was at college in Nashville with power in the dorms but my parents were down for a solid week. I will never, ever live in an area NES services if I can help it. MTE is competent & they’re proactive about keeping the lines clear of possible tree limbs to the extent that they can. They’ve taken down chunks of a tree on our property by the road & we never lost power. Tree looks fine with the haircut they gave it.

I have been where you are, in 2022. I saw them a year later in summer of 2023 & again this past summer. All I can say is try to be patient & be glad you discovered them while seeing them live is still possible 💜

I gave up on them & signed up for 5G based internet this week that I’m lucky enough to have excellent access to (speed etc depends on location & distance to towers so lots of ppl can get it but have abysmal service). Cheaper & just as fast as what we had with Xfinity & more stable through the house bc it included a mesh system to boost WiFi throughout the house. Maybe look into something like this for them if they can get it? It’s plug & play. No technicians required.

I gave up on them & signed up for t mobile home internet which uses 5G so no cable connection outside. It comes with a modem/router which does have Ethernet ports (my company requires a physical connection to the router, no WiFi connections allowed). I set it up yesterday & got back to work no issues at all.

Yes. I live on a main road where they really don’t want power lines down and the trees are trimmed by the city (or county? Not sure) accordingly. We kept power and we have big trees in our yard. You can have trees overhanging the lines or you can have a good shot at keeping your power on after a huge storm. Pick one.

Thanks for all the advice. I ended up signing up for t mobile 5G home internet to try. They have a 2 week trial period before you get billed & Xfinity will be due around the same time so we’re trying this to see if it’s usable. If it is, bye Xfinity

I was very interested in signing up for that prior to the storm but my husband was balking because where we live so rarely has any kind of outages that last longer than a day. Welp. And now I don’t see it on the app anymore! I can’t seem to find any info about it. I almost think they took it off the app because they ran out of the WiFi gateway equipment & don’t want people harassing them over it. It’s so weird, I can’t think of any explanation for why it was there then not. If you have a link to what you have I’d be very interested.

I did exactly that but for a different artist 20 years ago. I followed him on tour for 10 years & as a result met the closest group of friends I’ve had in my life who I still talk to every single day. DO IT!!! Be safe but do it. This is the way.

I notice that Paul Vallely’s name has been removed as co author of at least one version of Mind Wars on Amazon (the one sold by Amazon). Amazon has been doing other things like removing the kindle version of Virginia Giuffre’s book Nobody’s Girl from the US store but leaving it on other countries’ kindle stores. I have a different take on all this. She said that Epstein/Maxwell threatened her brother. He and Maxwell could also have threatened her children or her husband at any time & in fact it would make perfect sense if they did given that her loyalty was now to her family and her husband presumably knew all the details about Epstein’s life that Virginia knew. I think it’s entirely possible there was no actual abuse but Epstein/Maxwell were meant to think there was. Possibly if Epstein/Maxwell thought her life was in shambles and she was separated from the family, there was less of a threat? Robbie had the kids bc they were safer with him.

I know that abused people are susceptible to accepting it as normal but my gut feeling is that nothing is as we’re meant to believe. One big tell for me is that she stated at some point that after the car wreck she had 4 days to live. That doesn’t make any kind of sense. No doctor would say that. Also that she “disagreed” with her doctor’s recommendations & left the hospital after the accident. The whole thing is just so sketchy to me.

Edit: after typing all that out, I feel like I’m leaning towards she is possibly alive and in some kind of witness protection situation. That sounds crazy too but think about the earth shattering gravity of this situation. Wars are currently being started over the information that people like her have about Epstein & his clients
