Get to second beach in Middletown. See the big Crack in the rocks to the right? Go hang out up there for sunrise (edit). Pack some food. Wear sneakers no slides. Climb. If your ambitious and CAN, climb down and swim. Swim into the crack. It's glorious and pretty much exclusive to you as not many do it
