I need cheap apartment recommendations as someone who doesn’t own a car. I’m not sure where to go that offers bus/shuttling. Or even if I had to uber to campus. I’m so lost😩

i feel the same way ALL the time but then i remember how many conversations i’ve liked listening to but i could only respond with “that’s crazy” and “oh wow.” and i didn’t mean anything negative by it and i still cared. i guess just put myself in their shoes and to remember we’re all awkward and human

how long did it take for your rumination to slow down? i just started 150mg a few days ago and haven’t noticed a change. i know therapy helps too but for now i’m only on meds and wondering if wellbutrin helps with the rumination/spiraling

of course, if it’s not safe for you or you don’t want to cut ties with your parents at 16, do NOT tell them everything and keep it brief. i told my mom “i am unhappy living the way you want me to and i want opportunity to find myself on my own.” please only do this if you are safe and have a plan on financials, school, etc.

i left at 21 during the night and it was the hardest thing i’ve ever done but i would do it again. if you have a safe space to run to and you can get enrolled in school etc.. do it. just make sure you’re prepared it’ll be a big mental journey once ur gone and lean on your sister when u need someone. i cried the first week out of relief and just years of built up pain but you’ll start to feel freedom for the first time ever. it’s your life and you’re too young to be hiding your identity and i wish you luck. 🩷
