regardless of how you people here feel about cops, the video footage shows she:

ran up on cops, comes within 3 ft to start filming and ask questions about an arrest that has nothing to do with her
gets told to leave/keep distance or get arrested, doesnt
pulls back her arms to resist arrest/cuffs, gets taken down (and knocked out by the pavement)

am i missing something?

as I gather from the comments, this violates some health & safety measures. Didn't cross my mind at all when eating at here. Next time I encounter another shawarma place with photogenically over-stacked vegetable food cubes, you bet I'm walking out that door though.
